so after listening to tim constantly going at it with the drills at the shop i started wondering what the whole dealio all about.

randomly i had to re-use one of my old chainguide i had in the basement as i had to use my current one on the ‘new’ yeti.

being into weight saving and all i started drilling the heck of this all piece of crap below.

here are the results after a few beers and cutting oil later.
